Florida Supreme Court upholds law making it a felony to cause "mental injury" to a child
AP Sept. 5, 2002 TALLAHASSEE — The state Supreme Court on Thursday unanimously upheld the section of Florida's child abuse law that makes it a felony to cause "mental injury" to a child. [Source: Naples Daily News]
